A few quick answers.
No — the first site visit and conceptual conversation are always free. Detailed pre-construction work (drawings, permit prep, line-item costing) is quoted separately and credited back into your build.
The address, a few photos of the space, and a rough idea of scope and budget. Inspiration pictures are welcome but not required. If you have drawings already, attach them — it’ll speed up the costing.
For maintenance work, often within a week. For renovations and additions, typical lead time is 6–12 weeks after a signed quote. New builds are scheduled 3–6 months out. We’ll be straight with you on the calendar during the first conversation.
Our crews work Mon–Fri 7:00–18:00 by default. For commercial fit-outs where the loud work has to happen after hours, we can run nights and weekends with appropriate scheduling. For residential, we keep it neighbourly.
